Speakers from Southeast Wisconsin discuss BMPs stormwater compliance and recertification requirements. Speakers include: 

- Samantha Katt from Wisconsin DNR; a Stormwater Expert covering the State-level stormwater BMP compliance requirements. 

- Leif Hauge, PE, a Division Engineer from the Waukesha County Land Resources covering the county-level stormwater BMP compliance and maintenance requirements. 

- Rob Hutter, assistant city engineer for the City of West Allis discussing the municipal requirements and how local policies impact BMP recertification. 

Seminar session concludes with a Q&A/Panel Discussion covering Stormwater Recertification Best Practices and speakers answer questions and clarify recertification challenges for different municipalities.
