Erin Grenz is the Chief Development Officer and a Certified Stormwater SCM Inspection and Maintenance Professional for AQUALIS. As the corporate development leader for AQUALIS, she seeks to increase stormwater and water testing awareness amongst property owners, provide innovative services and solutions to maintain existing water management assets, address aging infrastructure and disrupt the stormwater and wastewater markets with emerging technology offerings.

Executive Vice President, Engineering Services

Carrie Bristoll-Groll is the Executive Vice President of Engineering at AQUALIS. Bristoll-Groll began her career as a Stormwater Engineer for the Cities of Milwaukee and Brookfield, prior to founding Stormwater Solutions Engineering (SSE) in 2002. SSE was acquired by AQUALIS in April 2023. AQUALIS’ Engineering Division (formerly SSE) has a team of professionals designing stormwater, green infrastructure, water quality and flood control practices for municipal, transportation, water agency and private clients.
