Daniel Flynn is a renowned professional in stormwater management with over 20 years of experience. As a former owner of Stormwater Compliance Solutions, LLC, and currently the Business Development Manager at AQUALIS, he has pioneered growth and development of stormwater programs across New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, and the broader East Coast. He is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and many other east coast states

Daniel and his team have developed industry-leading methods for stormwater facility inspection, reconstruction, and water-quality projects, with deep expertise in hydrology and hydraulics of small watersheds. He has extensive experience analyzing and managing engineered Manufactured Treatment Devices (MTDs) in tidal watersheds and has led complex water quality projects at major industrial ports.

At the municipal level, Daniel directs Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) compliance, large-scale mapping, and watershed improvement plans across counties including Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Essex, Hunterdon, and Mercer, helping municipalities meet regulatory requirements and improve watershed health. At AQUALIS, he applies a proven regional model to drive business growth and technical delivery in other U.S. markets.

Education & credentials: B.S. in Forest Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF). Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and eight additional East Coast states.
